What are the show dates and times?
Exhibit Hours: Wednesday, November 30 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December 1 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 2 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Where is the Show located?
Location of all functions are held in the South Building of the Metro Toronto Convention Centre at 222 Bremner Blvd., Toronto, Ontario.

Street access to the South Building is Level 500.

Registration, cloakroom and indoor parking garage access is on Level 600. (one level below street access)

All seminars and the International Business Centre is on Level 700. (2 levels below street access, one level below registration)

The exhibits are on Level 800. (3 levels below street access, 2 levels below registration)

Do the seminar prices include tax?
Yes, all taxes are incorporated into the price.

Why are there two different prices for all the seminars?
This is to encourage delegates to register early and save money.

5.

Is there a student rate?
No. If students register before the Early Bird Registration Deadline, they will receive FREE entry into the trade show AND discounted rates for the seminars.

Can I register by phone?
No. You must register by fax, mail or via the website.

Can I attend more than 1 seminar?
YES. We have set the program up so that you may take as many sessions as you would like.

Will there be food service at the show?
There will be food and beverage service available at several areas on the trade show floor
.

9.

When can I expect my delegate badge?
Regardless of when you registered, you will receive your badge in the mail approximately one week before the show. All badges are mailed at the same time.

What if I don’t receive my badge?
Don't worry - if you have PRE registered....simply by checking in at the reg. desk. WE WOULD BE HAPPY TO PRINT A BADGE FOR YOU.

If I don’t pre-register, will there be a charge to attend?
Yes. The ON SITE charge will be $50 to enter the TRADE show floor.

12.

Can I register for seminars at the door / on-site?
Yes, however you will have to pay the ONSITE REGISTRATION FEE and a seat FOR SEMINARS cannot be guaranteed.

13.

Can I bring my child? 
No children under the age of 18 are permitted on the trade show floor for insurance purposes.
